Technical and organizational measures for data protection, access, and operational continuity in environmental engineering environments.
All client information, technical drawings, and audit reports are stored with AES-256 encryption. Transfers use TLS 1.3.
Every user of the project management system and technical repository requires MFA. Roles are assigned by function: consultant, auditor, administrator.
Payments for training and licenses are processed through certified gateways. We do not store card data on our servers.
Documented protocol for breach detection, containment, and notification. Quarterly recovery testing for critical infrastructure failures.

The conditions and terms described below form an integral part of the training and auditing services. Their purpose is to avoid divergent interpretations and establish a common reference framework for all parties involved.
The training modules exclusively cover budgeting for clean technologies, operational control of industrial filters, and energy efficiency auditing. They do not include legal, financial, or local regulatory compliance advice.
It is understood as the relationship between the useful energy harnessed in the emission abatement process and the total energy consumed by the system. Losses derived from external generation or transmission are not considered.
Refers to the monitoring of parameters such as pressure drop, particle capture efficiency, and filter media condition. Mechanical interventions or component replacement without express authorization are excluded.
Refers to the estimation of investment and operating costs for gaseous emission abatement systems (SCR, SNCR, bag filters, scrubbers). It does not include civil works costs, environmental permits, or external financing.
These definitions prevail over any other interpretation not agreed upon in writing. For specific cases, it is recommended to request a prior technical meeting.
